Using a multidisciplinary approach, my process begins with a playful intention to create a space of construction, transition, and transformation within the studio. I address these transitional spaces by using both drawing and photography to focus on a beauty of the incomplete with material and space. When I work, I create a space of ambiguity and freedom, where boredom is welcomed to experiment and willfully experiment with the concept of physical labor, identity, material, and immigration.
